What if our case is complicated?

Then we recommend speaking with a licensed Israeli lawyer. Visamo isn't a lawyer and can't advise on your specific situation, such as a previous refusal, a hearing or an unusual status. You can still use Visamo alongside your lawyer to organize and check your documents.

Are you connected to Misrad Hapnim?

No. Visamo is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the Ministry of Interior or the Population and Immigration Authority. You submit your application yourself, through the official channels.

We got a letter from the Ministry. Should we worry?

Many letters are routine requests. Visamo's assistant can explain what a letter is usually asking for and what the common next step is. If it involves a refusal or a hearing, we'll tell you it's time to speak with a lawyer.

Who can see our documents?

Only you and your partner, if you invite them. Our team can't open your documents unless you ask for support and grant access.
